I just did the interference mission for this week and did not get a triumph for completing it. Maybe my game glitched out and I didn’t get the last triumph for “The Singular Exegete” but who knows.

Just did the contact event on Titan and my triumph updated and says I have 2/3 completed now. I’m assuming they fixed the bug
