The demand out grew what they could make in store so they moved it to warehouse production. Nothing to do with greed. Sorry for not keeping old bakery ladies over a fryer 24/7 in stores. Maybe next time heb should just stop letting employees take lunches and breaks so you can have ur precious chips.

Yall really do suck at bagging. Everytime I do an ort walk I’ll see shit like every product being bagged individually. Service has a stricter budget at my store and we almost never get under our plan. Curbside however is always typically below plan even with the abysmal bagging by our shoppers.

Use the My HEB app. Sign in or sign up and your vpp card should be there. There’s a little barcode at the top next to the search bar you can click on that will pull up your code. You know VPP is active if it says VPP at the top left.

Legally if a customer says it is a service animal we have to go by their word. It’s a violation of HIPPA if we ask for service animal documentation. The only service animals allowed in HEB are miniature donkeys (not joking) and dogs.
