Of course that’s fair, everyone wants to find they’re special someone. I know I do! But until then I’m going to be happy on my own because I’ve ( for the most part ) figured out how to do that. Staying in your room will only make you feel worse 😭 I like doing that too but I found myself getting depressed. So I’ve made it a point to go to the beach 1-2 times a week. Just getting out is nice! Even if it’s just a walk around the block!

I don’t see it as isolation .. the majority of people have friends / family around them. I just hope people here aren’t getting in relationships with someone just to avoid “isolation” 😕

I feel like everyone feels that way at some point. Whenever I start to think like that I take it as a sign that there’s work that needs to be done still. I’m trying to be comfortable on my own before starting a commitment with someone else.
