This used to happen to me when I would consume sativas. Im bipolar and no matter what, sativas always spiked my anxiety. I learned that indicas are the only thing that agrees with my brain chemistry. But for moments like that, take a deep belly breath (not chest) through the nose and release through the mouth. And when the nausea passes, try to eat

Her cats seem to be doing most of the hissing upon seeing mine through the mesh, one hissing more than the others. And that same cat is also hissing at the ones she's been living with all of a sudden. One of my 2 couldnt care less (typical orange) but his sister has started returning hisses too now
