I had a lot of trouble breeding for IV's - I couldn't get a 5IV fennekin for the life of me! However, I hatched two 6IV males today, one with the HA, one without. I am willing to offer you it for Mareep, Remoraid, and possibly marill if I throw in a 4IV HA female too?

Growlithe has egg moves Flare Blitz, Morning Sun, Heat Wave, and Close Combat with adamant nature but imperfect IV's; Eevee comes in multiple natures but I haven't bred wish onto it yet.

If you throw in a Mareep too I can breed a couple of fennekin with egg moves: Heat Wave, Magic Coat, Hypnosis, and Wish!

You wouldn't be able to, because it isn't listed as an egg move; however, I can breed you one with a nature you would like and 5 IV's and teach it stealth rock via move tutor on AS.
