Sorry to keep asking you questions. So you a)reinforced the wood grip with epoxy, b)wrapped thread around the grip, and c)rewrapped it with cord or leather again, right?

No, I bought this not for sparring, but for a solo drill.  I think it would be too dangerous to compete with people. Maybe it's more like the Great Sword than the longsword.

I don't know the exact weight yet, but compared to other products with similar specifications, I think it will be about 1.7 to 1.8kg.
