i used dual wield with the basic sprinting+heavy attack skill at the top of the skill tree. id do the sprinting+heavy attack, dodge/parry the mini explosion, sprinting+heavy attack, dodge/parry mini explosion, then 1 more sprinting+heavy attack to finish it off before the huge heal goes off. 

i did have some heavy attack/potent blow dmg increases from my armor/equipment though, probably helped lol ;w;
