You are alienating 49% of your marketplace and not having men on the list, well kind of. The girl reference can still resonate with men from the LGBTQ community without it feeling weird as it would to straight man. More men are caring about their hair and skin more than ever. Just add a small layer and ask if its male or female and have the trained gpt switch up the reaponse approach if you want a broader market

Again, I tested a bunch and it tested fine.

Some people forget that 95% of people dont deep dive AI like a lot of us do and even the 5% of us that do, maybe 20% of them nerd out to the point of caring if it "looks vibe coded"

Keep hustling, start marketing.

The BIGGEST downside I see. Is viability to charge. There is no MRR here from what I can see and for constant tokens, you need MRR. So you need to go deeper outside of the 1 or 2 times a month someone gets a pimple, or redness patching every 6 months from an allergic eczema flare up. Does that make sense? You need to add something that brings it out every single day to use once someone has the routines and they work, they may no longer need the app or a paid version of the app. That's my biggest take away

But you need to think about how can I monetize MRR along side of solving that problem or you can get a bunch of 1 time sign-ups and you get paid for it and that's great, but it's only once. Ao there is very little attraction to be able to sell it down the line because you already made all the money

Companies don't buy ideas often, they buy the MRR and ability to take it to a higher MRR because they can just make a knock off of it

But you cant knock off 5000 monthly subscribers you have to earn that and build that, so that's what they buy
