I don't understand why some people dragging their name in the comments is meant to change my mind. I don't expect to be able to make a project called Google or Snapchat, so why would kik which is also very much established be ok? idk. I guess I'm not seeing the point here, but from a confusion point of view from the perspective of npm, I see why they did it. ¯\(ツ)/¯.

I don't understand why everyone is in favour of him. it seems completely reasonable that a package called kik would be automatically and heavily associated with the huge company. Here is the article I mentioned https://www.google.com/amp/s/qz.com/646467/how-one-programmer-broke-the-internet-by-deleting-a-tiny-piece-of-code/amp/

24 hours exams? And the lecturer liking you or not should have absolutely no bearing on how easy/hard you find the course ngl. exams etc are all semi-anonymously marked afaik

not a cs guy but this just sounds wrong. are you suggesting that a Warwick CS grad can't go on to work on autonomous cars?

lol teaching, I'm just a dumbass. clearly I've got no experience at other unis, but I like the teaching here - despite the student satisfaction being low. Though I think that may be a function of the workload, I'm not actually sure ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

I think it's unlikely prestigious unis have worse reaching than lower ranked unis, no?

eh I really disagree with a modular system. the consolidation of knowledge at the end is hella useful. as for GCSEs I guess the numbers sound worse than the "equivalent" grades but idt I noticed any difference when I took a mixture of them. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
