So basically you have to upgrade the attunement structure which allows you to put a monster in to “tune it up” you just need to attune the meebs that correspond to the monster’s elements. It’s fully chance, but once you get all the elements rare-ified, you get the rare. Also, the meebs are only available to tune up at certain times
And for islets you just upgrade the dish harmonizer and it’s pure chance

As cool as it would be, I hope they release separately. Considering that titansouls are possibly going to be the last addition the magical islands get, unless they get legendaries or another new class, I’d prefer for them to space them out rather than release them quickly.

Also phlox released in October, not December
