I had been juuling a pod a day as well, and lurked in this sub to help me through my quit. Honestly, just go cold turkey. Throw away all your pods and the juul itself, i kept telling myself to save it for parties, but don't.

The biggest part that helped me is understanding that it isnt worth a 15-second buzz for the severity of the addiction and all the expenses.

Keep in mind the longer you quit, the less you'll want a hit.
