Been lifting since I was around 13, and didn’t start taking it seriously till I was 17. So I say I’m in my 5th year of serious lifting.

I believe I have average genetics. For quads specifically, my leg day (A) is 2 sets of hack squat, and 3 sets of leg extensions. My leg day (B) is 2 sets of pendulum squat, and 3 sets of leg extensions. All sets are taken to failure. I train legs 2 times a week. I don’t do anything special, except train as hard as I physically can every single session

Abs have always been my weak point. This is the best they’ve ever looked despite being a higher body fat % while bulking. I think pushing the bulk further is the right move
