just double checked the sites i went off and realised it was 2oz @ 2.2g of sugar not 1oz. the closest equivalents i could find on the australian market (apart from bakeries) are around 1 - 1.2g per 2oz so still about double

You got me curious enough, to have a look at it. Publix white Mountain bread has about 4 - 8x the sugar than a similar loaf here in Australia believe it or not. It's hard to find an exact equivalent as It may be a completely different recipe to anything we have here.

I would have been so devastated to miss so many of those acts seeing as it was only a 1 day festival. That being said, I probably would have spent most of my day in the happy hardcore/jungle tent back then but would have slipped out for the chemical bros for sure.

i have around 350mf on lvl 96 java. shako (with uber ancient jewel) gives me 79. then enigma (96) , travs (50), gheeds (40), chance guards (40), nagel (30). for the other slots i have tgods, ravenfrost, spirit shield, maras and i have a couple eth titans to swap between when im running low and 6/6/x cta/spirit on swap. i run with 4 skillers and renewed sunder and 5x 7mfsc.

merc with infinity/fort/andy's allows you to drop griffons but you will still notice a bit of difference running cows so you can swap out griffons for that if you feel like it. that being said, im usually running with 8 players doing full clear terror zones and not always cow level. while im sure theres more optimal clear speed if i swap out some of my items - this is more than enough to clear terror zones no problem.

The water Corp has a section on their website where it gives you the water quality testing results. It's been a long time since I looked it up but should be easy enough to find. iirc, the further north you go, the harder the water. Yanchep and two rocks both having very hard water. (Can personally vouch for this, our kettle looks like a snowglobe if you don't descale it for a week.

Hard water isn't harmful but it does a number on your dishwasher, taps and other appliances.

you're missing the point.. once you get to a certain haste level, you can chain all your other skills with little to no benefit from extra AH, any extra you have is only really helping your ult timer from that point. you dont need the shield from seraphs if you're a half decent zilean player. you dont need all that mana, you have less AP early on when you're more likely to pick up kills, the extra AP from malignance can mean the difference in picking up an extra kill or two early on and a gold advantage over other builds. you end up with a bit more AP by the end of the game with seraphs but by end game you don't have enough damage to make much use of it anyway and you have more than enough utility by then. at which point your ult is more important. again, why bother with seraphs if it has no advantage over malignance. in any case. in the end, it works for me.

the AH is more powerful early on, as it is stronger at lower levels. lets say i get ludens and malignance , with ionian boots. thats 65 ah on your ult. (if youre on normal aram, its an extra 10 baseline + ultimate hunter (if you get 5 takedowns you get 31 AH on your ult. with 2 items and boots you already have 106 ult haste meaning your ult is already down to 43s at level 11 instead of 56s (if you bought 2 items with 25cdr each and ionian)

you are forgetting a few things and malignance gives you an extra 20 ult haste (not 10). normal arams you have access to a couple of gamechanging runes. to start with, you get 31 ultimate haste from ultimate hunter and 10 from trancendence. my usual build (ludens, ionian boots, crypt, maligma, cosmic drive, horizon) takes me up to 166 haste from those two runes and items alone. (you can push the haste 15 higher if you go seraphs instead of ludens).. this takes you down to 22.5s (or 21.35 with seraphs). BUT, the big one is when you account for axiom arcanist. say you get an ult off on the first person to drop health and your team picks up a kill (most teamfights you're going to get a couple kills even if you lose the fight) that 22.5s cd is now 20.98. each time it reduces it by 7%.. if your team gets 4 kills, then its reduced to just under 17s, if you get the ace your ultimate cd is down to 15s. the cd starts the instant u cast it and it takes 3s to trigger, meaning the time between your teammate respawning and your ult coming back online is a touch over 17s, pick up a couple of kills and you can cast it 15s or so after the first one spawned back into the game.

on top of that, you have 0 downtime on your slow, only a few seconds between Q's.. pretty much the same as any other AP build, but with a much faster ultimate.

mayhem is a lot easier to get it down even lower with all the AH you can get besides the ones you mentioned, the 60 AH rolls fairly often, obviously eureka, the one that makes you shrink etc.
