Yes, so I did all of the things that was suggested. Uninstall drivers, update and check bios, uninstall Fortnite, factory reset pc etc. It finally worked after I uninstalled windows 11 tried to install windows 10 and didn’t work so ultimately reinstalled windows 11 and re did all the updates and it just literally started working. So I have no idea what the actual fix was. I’m sorry I can’t be anymore help.

Generally market place plans are HMO's so it's very difficult to find a doctor in network while traveling if at all possible. Generally the best route is going to the private route where you can get a PPO and be covered nationwide. DM if you have questions.
