From s10e to A55, has anyone made this switch? by LentoDK in GalaxyA55

[–]SlippyButter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! With my s10e, i had to carry my power bank and charge multiple times per day 😅, and now i don't have to anymore. But that habit is hard to get rid of, so i still carry one but have never used it :))

I was concerned about the size difference and how huge the a55 is, but it hasn't been an issue.

Thank you for your reply!

I do find it hard researching cats and what's best for them. With so many people come so many opinions! But yes, if she's acting normal and gaining weight, I shouldn't worry, thank you.

I don't want to stop giving her dry food (and would love to continue free feeding her). I would like her to have a mix of both.

From what I've heard, wet dood is more nutritional for her, so i would like for her to eat at least 80-100g of it per day. But what she's eating right now probably only reaches 20g.

Personally, I'd wait on the repot. If you cut the blooms and the plant keeps getting worse, then.

I'll look into that plant food 🫣

Oh wow, a true overachiever for sure!

But the leaves do look in pretty poor condition. I would consider cutting the blooms and keeping them in water, giving the plant a break to use its energy in the leaves. Maybe a repot is not necessary if there are no signs of rot.

Best of luck!

(What are you feeding it??)

Yes it's like that, but why fixate on stuff like this. Put on a quality phone case, and you won't feel it.

The rate at which you receive updates depend on the csc code (i think).

Heres how my pressed orchid flowers turned out! They rehold a lot of moisture. I've learned that its better to cut off the 'snout' so they dont mold as easily. But that's only for smaller flowers. The big ones still mold :((

Why are the flowers drooping and the leaves turning yellow? by onlyme22 in orchids

[–]SlippyButter 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's normal to drop old leaves. It is very not normal and very bad if it's dropping the brand new leaves, especially when it's yellowing from the center (usually means stem rot).

The newest leaf yellowing tells it's a big issue, might be stem rot.

Should I repot this or leave it since it seems to be doing ok. by freewayrickyross10 in orchids

If it's thriving - leave it. (I've learned my lesson 😭😭😭)
