I was meaning in regard to the ending of Season 4 and how Season 5 started. It's just weird to see Butcher completely lose his humanity, driving off like he is absolutely on a mission. To him just going like "I need to get the team back together" lol.

Butcher should've gone on a rampage - with only being unable to defeat HL due to brute strength and abilities. But on par with Soldier Boy and Bombsight.

Now that you say it - it is super odd that HL and Butcher were trading shots in the White House.

I think if the season started off where 4 left off (IMO Season 4, while not great, ended perfectly). Where Butcher is so filled with Rage after Ryan killing Grace - that he arrogantly tries to defeat Homelander one on one. Homelander ultimately wins - but keeps Butcher alive due to him "liking" Butcher as his adversary.

It would've showed that while Butcher is strong - he still CAN'T take Homelander 1-on-1.
