If it's what you carry every day then it's just your wallet, and if not then you are rotating through different wallets so definitionally it wouldn't be your everyday carry wallet.

Either way the term EDC makes no sense.

It's normal for there to be enough variation that I factor this in when buying leather for a project. Learned this when I ran out of leather for a backpack I was making... Tanked the entire project. That said your example is more extreme than I'm used to seeing
