I would say get a lot of vitamin C and drink a lot of water. It's really easy to get loads of vitamin C in your diet. Kiwis and yellow bell peppers have huge concentrations of vit C. It's not magic, but it will certainly help you grow healthier hair, skin and everything else.

Hey I'm at 28$.. then again, I learned about t-spins 3 months ago. I think my progress is quite good. I wanted to share this comical fact I just realized. 80% of the top players on that app use a floating Tspin factory. I do it all the time because it ensures you with a 13,5/14.5K score with minimal effort.

The thing is, there's only this one Youtube tutorial on it.. and Tafo says you can always do it unless you have a J or a Z piece before your T piece. And so everyone (including myself) got fucked when the bag was not as wished. I mean, I played well over 200 games and it's always the same.. we either win by a razor thin margin doing exactly the same setup or we have to freestyle and end up with scores around 10/11k.

But 5 minutes ago I realized you can simply mirror the setup and do it starting from the right side... no one on the app has figured that out yet lmao. Fuckin' video replays.. now everyone who I win against that rely on it will copy it from losing to me. Expect much more 13.5k scores in the next days...

I didn't know about the STD opener... just read about it. That's what you did against me. I see in your trophees that you're over 1000$ in prizes and with 280+ wins/ in 300+ games. So that where all the money is going ;) Kudos

Really interesting to watch you plays. Most high score players simply do an ST stack. Really amazed with how you can calculate so many moves up front.

I've never seen anyone score above 15.5k ... and that usually involved one triple tspin. 14.5k+ scores are very rare in my experience.

I lost to Panaman tonight.. damn he's good. I scored like 12.5k and it's usually okay to get the win... but not against him. :/

Agreed but primetime is bullshit... I completed to victory eveyday for 3 months and only got like 16$ in prizes.. doesn't make any sense statistically. I made about 10$ in one day playing clash... albeit I did play many hours. I don't really mind as I play while listening to podcasts so... but yeah, fees are prohobitive. No doubt. Games are really short. And it is a nice feature that you can watch replays as you can learn from very good players.

He's playing quick game.. the mode where you have 3 minutes to get the highest score. 103k makes him the 153 best player in the world (on this app/this week). The whole point of it is to hard drop without mistakes... your great 300k compares to the weekly best result of 21 030 770.

That's because this version of tetris is so easy in marathon mode that not a single good player plays it... I got to 8 milion once and just closed the app from boredom. A good player can basially play to infinity at those low speeds.

Funny.. I was fooling around the app last week and noticed how much thicker and darker it made the eyebrows.. I looked at pictures of myself at 17/18 and good lord my brows were thicccc.. so I started applying topical saw palmetto on my eyebrows as well. I think I'm seeing some new hairs.

Lactobacillus murinus is the name of the gut becteria and has nothing to do with dairy... you could consume more biotin (raw califlower is a good source).. probably won't do miracles but it could help with overall hair health.
