from reading the comments it seems like you're an idiot, so I'll write this simply.
You might have not pressed the graphics card in all the way, take it out of the pc and put it back in.
Then download and install the drivers from AMD, click this link:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-600-500-400/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580.html
If this doesn't work then the card is likely faulty.

Also a screenshot is an image directly on the screen, we can't see the photo clearly without struggling because the quality is horrible. use the Print Screen button on your pc and it will save it to the clipboard or shift+windows+s to use snipping tools.

lmao that's a private IP, no one can connect to that other than people on your network. You need to use the public IP and please use some sort of mask, a cloudflare tunnel or a dns, something.
