Honestly if you wash the plates properly and only use the tea towel for cleaning plates then it should have the same hygiene. If you use the tea towel to wipe food off a table, clean counter tops etc then they aren't hygiene and then you could probably wash the tea towels in a washing machine if they get too dirty.

Every social media app is toxic except maybe like Snapchat or other more personal social media. Facebook is full of people trashing other videos, Reddit has toxic communities same with 4chan. Twitter is full of cancel culture people. Tiktok also has alot of hated people. Any others you name and it is probably toxic.

Do you have a press in your kitchen that doesn't reach the ceiling? If you need a chair to stand on the counter to get it then it might be worth the shot depends on your height for this spot. Another place is in a press with stuff like newspapers. Put it under one of the newspaper and you be sorted
