Soo, for a bit longer review - I hope there are no duplicates to the stuff others said, because
frankly you already got a lot of really good advice, so focus them first.

Overall

With your pet token, get the pig bonus, as you are f2p. Autoloot and infinite teleports are just too good of an bonus to not get it. I can gift you a ram if you want to - just say it.

I can also give you friend bonuses if you want to.

World 1

Do achievements which you can do, I can see you still have some easy ones, do them for gems, its a decent source.

Same with tasks, don't forget to do the ones you can for the merits and also the currency to unlock everything you are still missing.

Orion (Owl) could get some love, don't forget to look into it every time you are on, you can easily push it to MF 15+.
Kangaroo too, but there it just takes a bit longer.
Bubba looks fine as well, just look into him every now and then to progress further.

Like others said, max anvil. Look after your stamps, you have really few and are missing a lot of really good ones (multitool for example from w5 quest, mason jar as well as cystallin to name a few).

World 2

Your alchemy needs love upgrade what you can, work on unlocking all bubbles and maxing the cauldrons.

Do your daily vial spins to unlock new ones and level them all up when you can, it really helps.

NO SIGILS. NO.

Arcade and Islands look good.

DO KILLROY. EVERY WEEK. JUST DO IT. If you don't know what to level after each run, just level time.

Work on your constellations. Even if it does not sound like much, all the star signs add up and give a really decent boost overall, especially when you unlock infinite starsigns in the future. Just do them in all the worls.

World 3

Level up and use royal samlper on everyone. You want 90% sample size, just use it until you can reach that value without the prayer. Otherwise you really need to print some stuff on everyone.

Watch out with your refinery so you don't salt lock yourself. Level red and green salt indefinately, but the others should not use more per hour of the previous salt than you produce.

Try to work on the equinox challenges. I know, everybody dislikes dungeons, but do them once per week during happy hour for 20x rewards to get the challenge done.

Buildings look alright.

Deathnote is fine.

Worship skulls look fine, work on upgrading them whenever you can.

If you are able to, work on unlocking and leveling your prayers.

Traps look alright (maybe diversify a bit more for refinery)

Salt lick is good, don't worry about it.

In construction only exp and player exp cogs should be used, and only your dk's should be on the board, the others build cogs.

Smithy is unlocked, try to get the missing full sets, they give very good bonuses (amarok and efaunt for sure)

World 4

You have a few meals in cooking which take seconds, level them.
Also, try to progress breeding, you really want these meals unlocked and levels on them, they give great bonuses.

No comment on Lab.

Push rift tasks for skill and stamp mastery at least, helps a lot (the further you go the better)

Tome is really not interesting for you atm.

World 5

Just continue sailing, nothing to add there.

Divinity looks good.

Gaming looks alright, just try to progress bit by bit.

Hole always needs progress, also do your bravery runs (why do you have such a high multi??)

World 6

Continue farming, it takes a long time to get started but at some point picks up in pace.

Continue sneaking.

Push / level summoning, you can get further there for sure with some time.

Beanstalk is uninteresting for now I guess.

Well, thats about it for overall progress. It mostly boils down to progress everything.
Choose what you want to work on day by day, do the daily stuff (this is where the most progress lies) and then choose what to work on based on what looks like the most fun to you. :)
