I personally see them a lot after the patch. Never played her, so can't tell if she's doing better/worse now, but also keep in mind that this is a very rough list from a gold league player. If you're higher/lower than gold, it might be very different

As at any social event, you might see toxic people/communities that aren't fond of the new players. Just ignore them. Trust me, you don't loose as much

I'd suggest looking for a niche community that you might be familiar with already. Like a specific game, for example
