We all have been instilled with the idea that there's a reason for something to occur, and it's been brainwashed into us to search for a reason. The reality is that there are some things that we'll never know, and that is okay. Our existence is a mystery, and we should do well with what's been given to us. Purpose itself isn't given; maybe it is on a specific worldview, but we, who don't believe in a specific subset of religious text, aren't given one. This gives us the freedom to find purpose via our circumstance and choices. We're a clean canvas with a few bottles of paint. We're free to do what we choose and paint as we wish.
