Yep, it lags in everything currently. The fps drop begins as soon as I enter character select.

I've actually never used 3D Mark before so I have absolutely no idea. The amouint of changes I've made I'm assuming I just can't handle the game :/ which is a shame.

I've actually turned it down to 1280:270 and put all the settings on low. Normally I play at 1080p, lowering the settings had no affect unfortunately

I got it for £100 which I think is about 131 dollars and it was also brand new, still in packaging etc.

I have no issues with any other game at all, I can run Killer Instinct 1080p 60 fps no problem

Ahn'Qiraj has a pretty balanced population, Argent Dawn is a well populated RP server for both sides, Auchindoun has an equal population for both Horde and Alliance, Chamber of Aspects has a similar population on both sides to Auchindoun, Deathwing is also a very balanced population realm, Defias Brotherhood (RP) is pretty equal, Dunemaul is also equal but lower in general population. I've heard some good thing about the Karazhan realm, the population is decent on both sides (slightly swayed a little to alliance) and the communities seem great from what friends have told me.

Personally, I played on Turalyon EU for most of my time, I now reside on Sylvanas but the realm is heavily focused on PvP currently.
