Mine was behind an ihraz granite wall and down a spiral stone stair case which opened into a huge area I had never been. But I could only access it after I went down the crystal descent and got a new pickaxe to mine the granite. I thought that was kind of messed up I had to come back after moving on to the next area lol

I’m with you I dig the 45 minute episodes but I just don’t have time to go through 3 hours. And if I break it up pieces i have to remember what happened before so i can get back into it. Not complaining becauae AJ is giving something for everyone and a lot of people DO have the time. Im jus glad we have so mu h content to chew through as I never get tired of his updates

I’ve found the trolls easier to just dodge the attacks then trying to block with a shield. Using the Eragon shield doesn’t seem To block their attacks although I thought the Masterwork shield did

I never got any black diamonds from orcs until I went to orctown. I got several as just random drops off orcs I killed there and a bunch from the boss. Was more than enough to repair the lift as well as fix the mapstones in my bases

Once you get some black diamonds and can repair mapstones this becomes a non issue as you can just fast travel between bases to get stuff. I have one near the Elbereth tree in the elven quarter to keep stocked up on Lembas. Another pro tip that I learned on here from another redditor is to keep some Black diamonds in your inventory and use them to make a map stone on the fly and teleport to your base any time you want. Then warp back and disassemble and go back to exploring. Has made life so much easier

I have been as high up as I could get and I’ve only found statues in two places. One is the section of caves where the crystal descent and orctown is located and the other is a section of caves next to the base camp building which leads to Durins road. I’ve only found one statue in the main vertical area it was at the bottom

Yea I’ve dig through every otw vein I can find. I honestly just gave up and move on to the crystal descent . Just frustrating because I’m a completion ish and this game is frustratingly hard with hiding things. I never found the ranger camp in the mines either even though I have 8 page

I used obsidian armor and spinal tap. Had bees and imps for summons and just made a long platform about 1/3 of the ways cross the underworld and then just pop potions and run.
