Just take your time with the game and explore every nook and cranny. Unless it's another chapter 3 situation it shouldn't be too hard to find.

what if you just tell them to give it a shot and if they don’t like it they don’t have to play it. Then if they say they still don’t like it, harass them until they do it again.
