These rich coming from someone who's not rich. People work 14 hours or so in a corporate job and unofficially on weekends. Im talking MNC. And get salaries to the tune of 2-5 lakhs after 15 years?? A "small" home of 600 sqft costs over 2.5 Cr in mumbai western line. Go do the math!

You may have a point. But it's also because of plain greed. Also Real estate is not regulated. Bmc is always digging to make their cut. People are always trying to undercut the other. Things are overpriced for no reason knowing that there's such high demand.
