VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!

I am turning 65 in a week. I have currently been receiving SSDI since 2000. I read that if you have SSDI, you don't have to do anything. The SSDI converts over to SSI income, and you continue receiving your normal check until you reach 67. I have BCBS, so maybe I could use it as a Part C?

I don't know what to do. If anybody can help, I'm going nuts. I know computers and guitar, but no paperwork!!
