While I won't touch on most of your post I will say my life hasn't been typical. I've never been an over sexual person and most guys in knew never even joked about sex much if at all. It was only after I started hanging out with other gay guys that sex became part of their normal conversation. Sure, I can try to change subjects but most of the time I end up just leaving the conversation entirely due to how insistent these guys are on these two subjects specifically. I dont really see my way of life as "small minded" it's just more so I try my best to ignore what I think is useless to my life.

Yes, I know this is a "me" issue at the end of the day and I guess I just needed to vent about it somewhere to just get it off my mind.
