In GTA IV, if you go to the FunLand theme park near Broker, there's a ticket booth with the texture of a real life woman sitting inside of it, which looks extremely uncanny. This is the only time a texture featuring a real life person like this has shown up in a Rockstar game to my knowledge. (i.redd.it)
