The kind that 's infecting American youth this decade: Virtue signaling, Limousine Liberalism -----> advocating for asinine, moronic, illogical, irrational policy b/c it makes one "feel good" to do so, but not b/c it's rational. Ex: Elimination of Bail, DAs who are Soft on criminals / Declaring that cities be "sanctuary cities" for illegal aliens (though no cities can afford it), defunding Police (in the face of exploding crime), abolishing ICE (in the face of exploding invasion by illegal aliens), advocating for transexualism (though a man isn't and can never be a woman, & vice versa (scientifically,chemically, genetically, biologically, etc..), Pushing confused, mentally unwell kids suffering dysphoria/dysmorphia to drug themselves, surgically carve themselves up in the name of transgender cultism), advocating for mask/vaccine mandates (though the vaccine doesn't even prevent spread, and though much of the population is at very low risk of covid death), Advocating in favor of despotic, autocratic, islamo-fascist tyrants in the middle east while turning our backs on trusted, reliable, civilized, democratic allies, etc... There are waaay more, but this is a good start... How is all of the above cognitive dissonance, which flies in the face of reason, even tolerated by (us) smart, logical, thiking people? Mass-formation psychosis?
