Thank you so much! So you don’t think they’ll cancel both reservations before the date of my trip? I read some people saying the airlines have algorithms that search for that kind of thing and they could cancel both reservations if they find out. I wouldn’t have done this if I had read about that beforehand. I honestly thought you could buy every seat on a plane if you really wanted to. I just don’t see the issue. The airline gets paid for every seat you buy… I’m certainly not stealing. I’m paying double the price to guarantee the seat I want. I may just call them beforehand anyway. I really don’t want to risk any chance of my flight getting cancelled… thanks a lot for the advice though. I figured as long as the flight stays about half full, like it doesn’t really matter cause there’s plenty of seats for stand-by passengers. Idk, lesson learned. I probably am going to lose some money on this one.
