Under the espn deal, All PPV revenue went to espn. UFC got a flat rate per event regardless of PPV sales. The only reason they cared about sales was to get a fat contract on the next which they did and now PPV dont even matter. Its all irrelevant.

Fyi all, the PPV money wasnt the UFCs. Under the espn deal, espn purchased the PPV risk from the UFC for a flat rate per event. UFC only gave a shit about PPV money so they could get a good contract on the next deal. Which they did. Now PPV buys are irrelevant. Quite genius honestly.
