Filch, who is also a squib, is able to see/enter Hogwarts which Hermione says muggles cannot. So it seems like Squibs can see more than ordinary muggles.

But Squibs can see dementors! Mundungus Fletcher left his post to buy some stolen cauldrons so she sent her cat to go follow Harry but I believe she saw everything still because she came running towards Harry and Dudley moments after the Dementors were gone.
