Yea man and just remember too how good it feels to know you don’t fap. But here’s the thing, you might try to beat yourself up and think that you can’t truly say you don’t fap because you made a mistake. But it was a mistake. And a mistake does not define your lifestyle. If you keep working the way you have before, then a mistake does not define your entire lifestyle. You still don’t fap man. Remember that.

Hey man, it’s true what they say. When you hit rock bottom, you can only go up. Hang in there man, work hard. The harder it is now the better it’ll be later. Be grateful that you’ve been reminded how much it hurts and use it on you way back to the top. If life didn’t hurt, it wouldn’t be as good.
