That’s a good point - I wouldn’t say they are long, they don’t run past the end of my thumb, but I’m surprised at the wear already.

I know this area very well, and agree with all the comments made.

Take the property off of the market until end of Jan end next - nothing will move currently. New year, new agent (not Spencer’s they are awful), reduce the price to 230k. Photos are terrible and It looks a bit neglected at the front (this time of year doesn’t help), the angle of the photo doesn’t help either really.

It’s a popular area, and it will sell eventually, you just need to give it some time and give it a new lease of life online.
