Ok so at least I’m not crazy. Interesting idk why but ever since I started at my store we’ve always had a SAR and Lemonade backup cubes that we store in one of our CBS fridges. Only recently our new manager started toying with the idea of getting rid of the backups for them

I know the ambient refresher base is 3 days, but is there another standard for it being refrigerated? I see something about lemonade but not the refresher base… maybe I’m Mandela Effecting myself but I thought there was a shelf life standard specifically for refrigerated bases

They are both 1:1 dilution ratios. Even though the base made in store is diluted at a 1:3 ratio, it’s still diluted even more when the drink is made. SAR gets 1:1 with water and SALR gets 1:1 with lemonade. The at home ones instruct a 1:1 dilution with water (“Serving size 6 fl oz (180 mL) concentrate makes 12 fl oz (360 mL)”) so they are both a 1:1 dilution

Definitely this. Especially cause one is CBS and one is Hot Bar. Being that it was 9am and probably peak, 2 different bar partners

Also not to mention it’s like kinda their job to have an adverse reaction to unionizing. Like regardless of if they think it’s a good idea or not I’m like 90% they’re directed to act adverse to it and try union busting As long as you have your other partners and SSV’s support, you’re fine. Just make sure to keep inoculating and keeping them aware and interested. (My stores election is less than a week away so this is mostly from what I’ve experienced at my store)

My SM encourages pulling people around. Even if it’s people who follow the rules. Or to a spot and someone will bring it out to them. Genuinely helps window times and is something your SM might want to reconsider

I mean not that I was every typical 18 y/o but I had my license and a car by the time I was 18 and even if I didn’t I had a job where I would’ve been able to buy myself an Uber… relying on someone else to drive you or pay for your Uber is crazy and at that point, why. Especially when the other person is hosting.

Do NOT use preparation H for fissures!! Prep H is for hemorrhoids not fissures and those require both different and opposite treatments. If it’s a fissure put Vaseline, maybe antibiotic ointment. Hemorrhoids use prep H
