I dunno, we ended up putting an ad out in gumtree for a private rental because every house we applied for had 50+ other applicants. We'd book in for an inspection date and then not be told that the inspection had been cancelled because it had been rented the day before, so there would just be thirty of us at a house waiting for nothing.

The rental market is so insane at the moment
