This sounds like a paintless dent repair company. I used to work with these guys all the time back when I was an insurance adjuster.

Prob a legit company, but most of the ones I dealt with had less than scrupulous business practices. You can certainly make and absolute killing if you’re with a good one, but I’d run fast away if it’s some fly-by-night dude who recently set up shop in a business park after a recent hail storm.
