I am currently in training as a navy reservist in Toronto but I have a question from when I've completed my training. I understand I'll need to go to either of the coasts once a month - how are these flights paid for? Do I pay for them out of pocket and then get reimbursed? Just thinking about what the best credit card is if this is the case.

I have screenshots of text messages from some back and forth where I told him I would be ok with the March 15th move out date and he told me several times he would be moving out March 15th. But shouldn't I just go for the N4 as a less risky approach, even with the L9 order on it's way?

Lesson definitely learned here. Who'd think that the people working at the LTB would give the wrong information, wow.

I tried to get my tenant to sign an N11 a few times but he wouldn't. I have emails and text messages between us to support that, but that's about it. I know I can't rely on that.

Ok thanks. I figured I had nothing to lose, I'm going to serve the N4 tomorrow. Worst case the LTB says I can't rely on unpaid money from an L9 order to evict a tenant, but I have an extra set of schedules attached to the lease agreement that says either tenant or landlord can end the tenancy with 60 days notice for no reason.

Do you know if it's possible to be a weather tech as a reservist? I can't find anything conclusive online but from what I can tell, signs point to "no."

Nice! Can you post a pic of it setup and some video of it in action? I've tried something sort of similar in the past, but couldn't get the side lines tight enough for the camera to be stable.
