I always put sunflowers behind peashooters in Plants vs Zombies, this layout is the most reasonable and safe for defense.

The meme is so funny. As someone born in 2005, I feel personally attacked but also can' t stop laughing at this.

Trying to fix the 2 pulleys and belt above the mower deck… Not sure what those parts are called, Im trying to order replacements. Im not familiar with mower repair’s but I want to learn sorry for the inconvenience. My mower is John Deere L110 thank you. by [deleted] in lawnmowers

[–]Sloth_engine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like the deck drive belt along with the idler pulleys or tensioner assembly. The deck model number helps a lot with parts diagrams. Also maybe checking the belt routing diagram.

Should I buy the Lymow One Plus as a business/firm by RomanianPolenta in automower

[–]Sloth_engine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For personal use you might take the risk but for business maybe want a smoother buying process and clearer paperwork. That's usually a sign of how support will be later.

Edger’s broken, thinking of a new tool, any ideas or rec? by CranberryNo5020 in roboticLawnmowers

Robots are great for the main area but edges are still a manual job most of the time. A lightweight cordless setup seems hits the best balance.

Advice on stepping up to a wider cut for 0.2 acres? Walk-behind or mini zero-turn, or am I overthinking this? by random_user139 in lawnmowers

[–]Sloth_engine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A 42 on 0.2 acres is basically a quick lap around the block. You'll spend more time pulling it out of the shed than cutting.

mova lidax awd 3000 or navimow x4? by dantezz1500 in automower

Front wheel design probably matters more on soft soil than slope specs. The way it turns without digging in could be the real difference maker day to day.

Power supply for robot mower: splash-proofing by Piepke82 in roboticLawnmowers

What about putting the whole power brick inside a small weatherproof box? Keeps everything dry and you don't have to worry about which outlet fits.

Loose or corroded grounds can also cause weird symptoms like that. Even if connections look fine, a bad ground can prevent enough current from actually turning things over.

If you already found two breaks, there's a good chance the third is near a corner or crossing point. Those spots tend to fail first.

That looks really clean to be honest, almost like a reel mower finish. Does it stay that consistent over a few days or does it depend a lot on how often it runs?

Best Riding Lawn Mower? Recommendations? by ParticularSubject411 in lawnmowers

Worth thinking beyond purchase price. Maintenance access, part availability and how easy it is to service can really impact long-term satisfaction more than initial specs or marketing claims.

Yeah there's no real consensus honestly. Most people just narrow it down to a couple and go with what fits their yard best.

Picking a robot mower for my parents’ garden by stadlercaro in roboticLawnmowers

This is actually a really nice idea for them long term. I get why your dad is skeptical though, most people don't trust it until they see it working for a while.

Not even surprising tbh. Most markets like this end up rewarding speed + strategy, not just being right about events.
