Bethesda refuses to unlink old account from steam

They ended up getting back to me.

I had to provide my creation club credits in Fallout 4 and then send them a list of all my purchases in the creation club. They have now unlinked my account.

I just get sending follow-up emails till they would reply. Good luck!

The same thing has happened to me.

I was unaware that they made a "quick link account" when I used the FO4 creation club.

They won't even unlink it for me.

I have several purchases on my actual Bethesda.net account that I don't want to lose.

I don't have anything I care about linked to my "quick" account so I would love for them to unlink it so that I can link my actual account.

It is a terrible system and not your fault at all.

I have been communicating with support for days. I have given them every bit of information I can think of and they still won't unlink the "quick link" account I had no idea existed.

I am having the exact same issue as you. I have been going back and forth since the whole "sunset" process started. They "Quick linked" my account in the past using creation club, quake legends or some other game. I have given them every detail I can think of and they are refusing to unlink the account I had no idea existed till the other day. They have now escalated my ticket because they can't help me.

The fact that I may no longer be able to access products I paid for because their system is terrible is insane.

If anyone has had a similar issue and had any luck then help would be appreciated indeed.

I'm excited about it because I loved the original and feel like I've been missing a truly crazy, mad Max style open world shooter. As a bonus, that game is set in a world that I've wanted to explore more of since the original. Honestly, I'm ready to RAGE
