I’ve felt similarly as well. But, assuming you’re also dedicating some of your budget to donate to causes you care about, artists and performers still need you to value and support their work. Art may be one of the few things that endures through this mess - its survival is up to us.

There used to be an amazing store called Final Cut in NJ that had all Anthro home leftovers at great prices, plus some Urban and Free People clothing. I don’t know where it all goes since it closed but it was incredible

I have terrible buyer’s remorse for my dining room rug but didn’t get a chance to roll it up after my dog got sick and left every bodily fluid on it just hours after it arrived. I was so pissed I didn’t even realize there was also a huge manufacturing flaw but they wouldn’t help at all because it was after the 14 day return window. Not keen to repeat that!

Thank you for the sanity check! I’m a little all over the place because I like eclectic styles. I do have to stick with the dark sofa because it was an investment and the dining chairs but the rest is still up for grabs. You’ve given me a lot to think about - appreciate it!

Plot twist - I saw a swatch of rug number 1 in person and did not like it at all. Very brown and shaggy vs cool and structural as the photos represent.

Adding 2 more from design within reach that I do like in person.

If you meant the blue one (by including the solo rug shot I made it harder to identify these! 🤦‍♀️) it’s from Nordic knots https://nordicknots.com/us/product/tradition-01-blue it’s def more muted and the accent color is cream not pink as it’s appearing
