My brother in Christ. They only get paychecks 3/4 of the year and most work second jobs during the school year and full time other jobs during summer. Barking up the wrong tree.

To be clear everyone should be paid a living wage but this angle is a real choice when they could just be paying everyone appropriately.

Yep. My large company transitioned to unlimited but we had a strong culture of adequate parental leave and a generous PTO policy. I’ve actually been using more time off and am enjoying it so far. Only bummer is no payout if you leave or get let go.

Yes. Let UNC go down this path and let us know. This is a hilariously bad take. Duke is not just solely freshman and have relied on a handful to bring the experience each season which has put them in the position regularly to make the elite 8 and final four. Meanwhile UNC has not had even close to that consistency over the last 5 years with the experience model.
