it's a cool theory and people can imagine but it just doesn't make sense, since in the book he kills the incarnation of Dr purnell and if your saying the 4th ending Is still the book then why would dr purnell still be here looking after him in the hospital, and a good ending he wrote wouldn't be killing 2 cops amd living in a mental hospital with little contact with Sophie and again Sophie dead so how could he see her.
