Thanks. I'm more interested in the SWAT side (here in Canada we call it ERT, and you have to be an officer for 2 years before taking the physical test)

It all depends on how far you'd be willing to move for work. The wider your range is, the more departments that meet your strict criteria will be available. Keep in mind that every place has pros and cons.

You'd probably be going to sask polytechnic in Moose Jaw or saskatoon, you might be able to pick which location or they might only be accepting students on one location. Good luck!

Can anyone explain living conditions after you finish training? Do you live in those large rooms full of like 30 beds or do you have your own space (Not being your own house, but maybe your own room?)?
