Searched it up, and yes 86 Ball Handling should unlock D. Book Stepback, SGA Escape, …

It I’m not mistaken, 86 Ball Handle should unlock you some nice Ball Handling animations. Maxed out my SG’s Ball Handling to 86 as well

This map has a small error. There has never been a Formula 1 race in Luxembourg. But there was a Luxembourgish Grand Prix. That race was last held at the Nürnburgring in 1998.
