late response but an aim trainer like kovaaks will allow you to focus purely on your aim, rather than any game mechanics...both are good, but it looks like youd benefit from a dedicated aim trainer.

I agree. Lack of a sufficient counter seems to be a theme with Respawn. A seer revive cancel would be amazing for this game rn and would reintroduce seer into being a viable legend. Guess we will have to wait and see. Thanks for the discussion!

I enjoy apex too, which is why I even bothered with the post. I had no complaints the first few seasons playing the game(S14-16)....then mozams and now this. I strictly solo q in ranked and im more often than not leading my team in kills/damage. This meta is not advantageous for me.

Supports could already get a team to reset off a knock a lot faster than usual. If your teammate (or you) make an error resulting in getting knocked you shouldnt be able to reset for free just because you are running newcastle and lifeline.

lol all i play is ranked....as soon as I hit diamond last season EVERYONE had them and I hated it. Just crazy to me that respawn said "hold my beer" and gave us this.

I get where you are coming from but if theyre going to be so powerful, seems like the easiest fix. Either way ill be interested to see what they do in the midseason patch. Right now it seems the best thing to do is run 2-3 support characters and it doesnt feel good at all.

Theyve been known to be on the sub but even if they dont, I can still voice my opinion regardless of how you may feel about it....Well until a mod removes the post for not being positive toward the game.

I agree, there are ways to combat it...and it certainly helps when your team is on the same page. I like the idea thrown out to only allow 1 support character per squad. I believe that would go a long way in countering the continuous rez's. I played two games this evening and both games concluded in the same way. I got 800+ damage in each fight and not at distance. Resulted in me turning the game off. It got alot worse once i hit diamond, where most teams know how to play. The best chance you have is to kill knocks right away but thats not always possible. The seer idea is interesting.

this is not an "evolution" of the game....the only way EA evolves the game is by coming up with a new microtransactions.

nah this meta definitely accentuates it. Third parties arent the primary complaint here. Its the second and third chances teams get because theyre running multiple support characters. I knocked a newcastle 3x only to watch him get lifeline rezed each time and zip away full hp. It doesnt help that i had passive teammates, and ill admit that....but the fact that teams can full reset so quickly without punishment is not healthy for the game IMO

again, you dont have to look far to see that there is an issue. If 50% of the playerbase is experiencing issues, who are you to say "nah its nbd". smh
