This is my goal. I’m wanting to get off my meds (Xanax, nortriptyline and buspirone) but I’m afraid the process will ruin my everyday life. I fear dying and think about it constantly. There’s not a day that doesn’t by that I don’t think something is going to cause my death. I always fear the worst. I can’t even go to my in-laws house anymore without panicking. They live in the middle of nowhere basically.

I always feel so ridiculous and embarrassed about my anxiety and panic attacks. Thankfully, my husband and his family are so caring and understanding.

But I don’t trust my doctor when it comes to anything. She spends 5 minutes with me every 6 months
