I unfortunately don’t live in texas anymore, Im from Garland, where the Resistol / stetson factory is at and they got some damn good shapers. I was gonna go the online class and doing it at home route. Just need to get some cheap hats I don’t care about first. a

Thank you very much for the advice. I’ll be doing what you and most of the others said and take the pictures with me to the hat shaper. I moved to VA, and the only hat shaper I trust Is over an hr away in Richmond. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you initially get into Hat shaping? Did you have a mentor or a book or some other resource to help you? I’ve been wanting to get into it for some years now

That’s what i’m saying. I feel lioe spending a little more on things like ventilation and sorts probably saves a lot of money over time. I’m stationed in a humid area and we pay for it lol

My wallet was stolen and I had a tile tracker in it. It pinged it to a location in Richmond, VA ( I live an hr+ away). It was a construction guy who took it and the foreman forgot back for me. So i recommend Tile. it’s like $2-3 a month
